Motorcycle keys sit in a different world from cars: the transponder often lives in the ignition ring under the tank, the ECU stores a very small key table, and many manufacturers only allow two or three keys total. We read the correct module, cut the blade by code from the VIN, and register the key so the immobiliser light clears.

Harley-Davidson models with the security system use a hands-free fob paired to the TSSM/HFSM module. We supply and pair replacement fobs, re-cut mechanical keys, and reset a lost fob out of the module so it cannot be used again.

Japanese bikes — Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki — use HISS, Immobiliser and chip-in-key systems depending on model year. Scooters and Vespas are usually mechanical or ID48, and are typically finished in under half an hour.
